Description

This course explores virtualization technologies and containerization platforms. Throughout the course, students will explore fundamental concepts such as hypervisors, virtual machines, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. An emphasis is placed on gaining practical skills, through hands-on exercises to manage virtualized and containerized environments effectively. This course explores security considerations and best practices for safeguarding data and applications in these dynamic environments. Students evaluate how emerging trends and innovations in virtualized and containerized environments contribute to societal transformations, addressing ethical considerations and implications, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate the evolving landscape of these technologies.
